Processing Times

  • Please allow 7–14 business days (Monday–Friday) to process all pre-orders.

  • Holidays and weekends are not included in the processing timeframe.

  • During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing may take up to 18 business days.

  • Important: Processing time is separate from shipping time. For example, selecting two-day shipping does not mean your order will ship in two days—it will ship after your order has been properly processed.

  • Once an order has entered processing, changes or cancellations are not permitted.

Shipping

  • All hair extensions are shipped via USPS.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are entered correctly at checkout.

  • Once a package has been handed to USPS, JLuxextensions is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged items. In such cases, contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the error is on our part.

  • If an error occurs, we allow exchanges for items of the same price. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items must remain in their original condition and packaging, with the seal unbroken.

  • For public safety and hygiene reasons, items that have been used, brushed, installed, or altered will not be eligible for exchange.

  • Once your returned item is received, we will notify you if your exchange request has been approved or denied.

International Shipping

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • Please note that international shipments may experience extended delivery times due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

  • Yes, raw hair can be dyed, bleached, or toned to any color. Because it hasn’t been processed, it accepts color treatments well. Professional coloring is recommended to maintain its quality.

  • With proper care, raw hair can last between 2 and 4 years or longer. Its durability makes it a worthwhile investment for extensions, wigs, and other hair products.

  • Raw hair has minimal tangling and shedding due to the aligned cuticles. However, like natural hair, it requires regular maintenance. Using proper products and techniques will reduce tangling and extend its lifespan.

  •  Absolutely! 

    Raw hair can be straightened, curled, or blow-dried just like your natural hair. Always use a heat protectant to prevent damage.

  • Wash with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner

    Air dry or use low heat for drying

    Detangle gently using a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush

    Deep condition every 2–3 weeks
